The price depends on the fault, the access and the work you approve. That is why our plumber gives you a fixed price on site rather than a rate over the phone. Eligible standard bookings have no call-out fee.
No call-out fee applies to eligible standard bookings. We check whether your booking qualifies while we arrange it, so the answer is settled before our plumber comes out rather than on the day.
The assessment comes first. We then go through what the job needs and what it will cost, and you approve that price before any work begins. If the findings change the plan, we explain why and give a revised price.
